It's great to have a website dedicated to important communications and everything you need to know about the ski school. It helps both instructors and clients navigate the ski school, both organizationally and in terms of reliability and professionalism.

The only downside, in my opinion, is the complex design of the menu interface, which isn't particularly intuitive, although this is a problem that resolves itself with consistent use of the website.

We had a wonderful experience with both our children (9 and 5); the school (and particularly Prem) is responsive, organised and flexible when required. We have found every teacher to be very kind and friendly which has made the whole difference!

Top! I've been using them for over two years, and the results are incredible. At 40, and afraid to let go of my board, it was a real challenge for me. But Nicola is the best! Technique, talent, and kindness: he helped me push my limits. If you want real results, trust him and Giorgio Rocca's school! And Veronica is second to none for all the office management: always available and smiling. I adore you!

Marco is the man! To say my friend and I had an extraordinary time would be an understatement! He is incredibly skilled and patient - and also kept me relaxed.

We had the best time today and want to come back to take lessons again. So happy with this experience, thanks to Marco! He came highly recommended and lived up to his reputation for being the best.

Why Junior Paddle is Perfect for
Young Athletes

Paddle is one of the fastest-growing junior sports globally due to its short learning curve and immediate reward. On an enclosed court, rallies last longer, keeping juniors engaged while building key physical capabilities—such as speed, hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and quick decision-making under pressure.

“Junior paddle isn’t just about stroke mechanics—it’s about court intelligence, reading high-altitude wall bounces, and learning to communicate effectively with a partner.”

Core Skills Covered

  • Grip, balance, and continental paddle technique for all shots
  • Mastering back-glass and side-glass rebounds with correct timing
  • Net dominance: volleys, block shots, and controlled overheads
  • Agile footwork, court coverage, and split-step anticipation
  • Match tactics, lob placement, serve variations, and communication
  • Junior-specific light paddles and lower-compression balls available

Coaching Age & Skill Tiers

1. Mini Juniors (Ages 6–9)

Play-focused introduction targeting hand-eye coordination, reaction time, basic paddle path, and soft ball control in small groups.

2. Juniors (Ages 10–13)

Developing stroke repeatability, wall defense, lobbing technique, positioning, and baseline-to-net transitions for competitive play.

3. Cadets & Teens (Ages 14+)

Advanced match strategy, bandeja and vibora development, rapid counter-attacking, and intensive fitness conditioning.
